Steve leads Spencer Group’s eClinical and PharmaTech practice, partnering with global life sciences and technology organisations to appoint senior leaders and specialist talent who enable innovation and scalable growth.

With over 20 years’ experience in talent acquisition and global talent operations, Steve has built and led high-performing international recruitment teams across complex, fast-evolving markets. His approach is structured, data-led and grounded in operational discipline, combining deep sector insight with strong C-suite partnership.

Steve has delivered large-scale transformation programmes, optimised systems and processes, and enhanced team performance to improve commercial outcomes and operational efficiency. A coaching-led leader, he is committed to raising standards, developing people and building resilient talent functions that scale with ambition.

Outside of work, Steve is a dedicated rugby coach, inspiring the next generation of Red Roses, and enjoys family life with his wife and two daughters.
