Nicola is PA to the CEO at Spencer Group, working closely with Julian and the wider team to support the day-to-day running of the business.

She brings extensive experience in administration, operations and relationship management, with a strong track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Highly organised and detail-focused, Nicola coordinates diaries, communications and wider business activity, helping to ensure both internal and external priorities are managed effectively.

Her previous experience includes practice management, where she was responsible for office teams, senior diaries, HR administration, suppliers and operational projects. She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to her role and enjoys being at the heart of a busy team.

Outside of work, Nicola has raised six children, so life is rarely quiet! She keeps herself busy with family life and enjoys reading, baking, gardening and getting out for a walk.
