Lisa Paul-Gobey is a Delivery Consultant at Spencer Group with over six years of experience in executive search. She delivers senior-level appointments across PharmaTech and Higher Education / EdTech, building on a career that spans Government, Defence, Health and public sector education.

Her work is varied and fast-paced. In PharmaTech, she leads on complex, high-impact roles such as VP Business Development, Director of Project Management and Head of Practice. These often involve organisations working in regulatory affairs, biostatistics and clinical trial logistics. In Higher Education / EdTech, Lisa focuses on commercial leadership roles that harness AI, technology and innovation to improve learning outcomes and transform education globally.

Before moving into executive search, Lisa spent over 20 years in the health sector and public relations, including founding and running two health clinics. This experience sharpened her ability to build strong client relationships, handle complexity and deliver with care and precision.Lisa brings energy, focus and a genuine interest in people to every assignment. She takes real satisfaction in supporting clients and candidates through high-stakes transitions and helping leaders realise their full potential.

Outside of work, she enjoys growing fruit and vegetables, spending time outdoors and going to the theatre. She also considers herself a bit of a foodie and wine enthusiast. In the early 2000s, she completed a charity trek across the Arctic Circle with a team of huskies to raise funds for cancer research.
