With 19 years’ experience across financial operations, reporting and analysis, Lindy leads Spencer Group’s finance function with rigour and commercial focus. She specialises in establishing strong financial controls, enhancing efficiencies and providing clear insight to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Previously a Finance Lead and Management Accountant supporting SME recruitment firms, Lindy brings hands-on expertise within fast-paced, service-led environments. She works closely with the CEO and Head of Operations to ensure financial performance aligns with the firm’s long-term ambitions.

Originally from South Africa, Lindy now lives in Surrey with her husband and two sons, spending most weekends on the sidelines of sports pitches, cooking for her family and keeping active through Bootcamp training.
