With more than a decade of experience in international education recruitment and executive search, Liam King is Head of Global Delivery for Schools at Spencer Group. He leads delivery across the firm’s global schools practice, ensuring leadership searches are delivered with consistency, quality and measurable impact across Spencer Group’s international education partnerships.

Liam works closely with schools, candidates and search teams to support complex international appointments and strengthen delivery standards across diverse cultural, regulatory and operational environments. Throughout his career, he has partnered with international schools, UK academies and global education groups to appoint senior leadership and operational talent, including Headteacher, Principal, COO and other strategic roles across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Known for his transparent and collaborative approach, Liam builds trusted partnerships with schools and education organisations worldwide, combining global perspective with deep sector understanding to help schools secure leaders who shape sustainable, high-performing educational environments.

Outside of work, Liam is a dedicated Liverpool FC supporter, an aspiring home brewer and a fan of Chinese cuisine. He enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy balance between professional focus and personal wellbeing.
