With nearly a decade of experience supporting CEOs and senior leadership teams, Katie Dennahay is Head of Operations and Executive Partner to the CEO at Spencer Group. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Katie drives operational strategy, supports business performance, and ensures organisational priorities are translated into clear, deliverable outcomes across the firm’s executive search operations.

Katie works closely with the CEO to coordinate strategic initiatives, strengthen internal processes and support the continued growth of Spencer Group’s international executive search activity. Her background spans executive search across eClinical, PharmaTech and commercial education, alongside earlier experience in employee benefits, HR, retail, mental health services, and the NHS. This breadth allows her to anticipate challenges, balance competing priorities and bring a pragmatic, business-first perspective to complex organisational demands.

Known for her calm, thoughtful approach and strong organisational insight, Katie is a trusted partner to colleagues and clients alike. She also supports business development initiatives across Spencer Group’s core markets in global education, EdTech and life sciences.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys creative, hands-on pursuits including pottery, gardening and cooking, valuing time away from screens through making, nurturing and quiet focus.
