With nearly a decade of experience supporting CEOs and senior executives, Katie Dennahay brings clarity, structure and strategic focus to her role as Executive Business Partner at Spencer Group. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, she plays an integral role in executive support, business operations and strategic delivery.

Katie’s background spans executive search in eClinical, PharmaTech and commercial education, as well as previous experience in employee benefits, HR, retail, mental health services and the NHS. This broad foundation allows her to anticipate challenges and manage priorities with a practical, business-first mindset.

Known for her calm, considered approach and strong organisational instincts, Katie ensures the smooth running of the executive office and supports business development across Spencer Group’s core markets in education, EdTech and life sciences.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys creative, hands-on pursuits including pottery, gardening and cooking. She values time away from screens, finding balance through making, nurturing and quiet focus.
