Ivana Kizak is Head of Finance & Operations at Spencer Group, where she plays a central role in ensuring the firm operates with efficiency, integrity and strategic alignment. Since joining the business in 2014, Ivana has been instrumental in building the operational infrastructure that supports Spencer Group’s growth and delivery across global executive search.

With a degree in Business Management from London Metropolitan University, Ivana leads Spencer Group’s central operations, overseeing finance, property, IT, HR and internal systems. Her focus is on aligning day-to-day operations with long-term business objectives, enabling consultants and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes across executive search assignments in education, EdTech, life sciences and more.

Ivana’s strengths lie in creating well-structured, scalable processes that support commercial performance and team success. Her work behind the scenes ensures the business runs smoothly, compliantly and with a forward-looking approach to innovation and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Ivana enjoys baking and spending time with her family. As a busy mum of two young girls, she values the balance between her professional impact and personal life.
