Hannah is Head of Practice at Spencer Group, specialising in executive search and senior leadership appointments across International Education and Early Years.

Having previously worked at Spencer Group, Hannah returns with experience spanning both executive search and talent acquisition. Her background includes delivering senior international searches across a range of functions and markets, working closely with leadership teams to understand the people and capability they need.

Most recently, Hannah has worked on the client side, giving her a valuable perspective on the challenges organisations face when attracting and securing senior talent. She brings this understanding to her work with international schools, nursery and early years groups, education operators and investors, taking a thoughtful and relationship-led approach to every search.

Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel and is a keen scuba diver. When she’s closer to home, she can usually be found out walking with her dog, Jasper.
