With a First-Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science, she brings a structured, research-led approach to market mapping, candidate identification and longlist development.

Her interest in education is grounded in a belief that leadership has a profound influence on culture, wellbeing and long-term outcomes for staff and students alike. Chloe supports a range of complex international search projects, including Executive Principal, School Operator CEO and Founding Principal appointments, combining analytical rigour with a strong understanding of what high-impact leadership looks like in practice.
